After receiving a degree in Economics, Roy went on to obtain his Law Degree from the University of Alberta in 1979. Upon being admitted to the Law Society in 1980, Roy continued on the dual track of grain farming and practicing law. At the age of 36 he was designated Queens Counsel.
Given the time management issues associated with both roles, often it involved finding innovative ways to streamline workflow on the farm, resulting in Roy being one of the early farmers to adopt zero-tillage. Dating back to 1911 the family farm is now 4th generation and operated by his son and his family, where they run a purebred Angus operation.
Roy’s law practice has always been restricted to corporate, commercial and real estate law. A significant portion of his real estate practice relates to farm and ranch land, as well as land with aggregate deposits. He is known for taking a special interest in clients and working effortlessly to provide unique solutions to what might be seen as common recurring issues. One of those issues is related to witnessing landowners not having a good method to sell their land. Often owners would find the process very stressful in dealing with potential buyers, with the added complexity whether it be family, friends and/or neighbors. The CLHbid.com platform was created by Roy to offer a stress-free selling platform to owners, yet at the same time allowing all interested parties to bid in such a manner than ensures owners receive top market value for what they have worked all their lives for.
Bridget Hennigar, the Chief Operating Officer of CLHbid.com, has life-long roots in the agricultural community. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, followed by her Chartered Accountant designation. She has chaired many community organizations and received various awards for her leadership contributions, including the Fellow of Chartered Accountants.
As a chartered professional accountant, she has worked extensively with farmers and ranchers, effectively structuring their business and assisting them in managing and planning their business. She has worked with owners and their lenders in the process of acquiring capital, and has provided advice upon the exit of their business.
As former Regional Managing Partner of a national accounting and business advisory firm, Bridget understands diverse business situations. Her enthusiasm and business leadership has enabled her region to grow over 10 times during her tenure. Bridget’s leadership experience on many Firm initiatives taught her a collaborative approach to solving business issues.
Bridget works with clients of CLHbid.com, their accountants and tax specialists to provide unique strategic plans upon exit of their farming business. With her pragmatic attitude and dedication, she wants to extend her hand to your family, business and community.
Alle Carter has been involved with CLHbid.com since its inception, and is currently in Law School.
Alle grew up with strong connection to the family farm where often she could be seen next to her Mom in the combine. Always a high achiever whether that be on the honour roll in High School, or ensuring every project she takes on is completed to perfection. Taking an interest in software media design programs at an early age, she has a discerning eye to present your property in its most appealing perspective.
Her passion in working with clients is evident from that very first meeting with the client right down to her ensuring all the details are covered for the final sale day. Alle has a particular ability to connect with clients of CLHbid.com recognizing the significance a sale will have on their life.
Alle’s hobbies include hiking, fishing, river boating, team penning, camping as well as spending time with her nieces and nephew.
Alle is an accomplished show jumping equestrian having competed at a high level throughout Western USA, Western Canada and New Zealand.
Audrey is the Project Manager and Head of Logistics on our team. Growing up on a farm, Audrey feels the love of the land and understands the energy and commitments poured into a farm. When her family sold their farm, she saw the limited options available to owners. She believes in the CLHbid.com advantage when families decide to exit the farm and she enjoys improving this process.
Audrey has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and has held senior manager roles in a variety of fields: office, retail and human resources.
Audrey is our coordinator for the projects within the CLHbid.com team. She helps to maintain the website – uploading and updating regularly to give our viewers up to date information. Audrey’s role in providing geomatic information including aerial and google mapping, soil classification and comparable sales data analysis is an invaluable service, resulting in superior results for our sellers.
Michael is an award winning, internationally published producer, director and post production expert whose work speaks for itself on our CLHbid.com website. He has produced directly for hundreds of clients across North America throughout the years, while serving as owner and account manager of a media production company.
His work has taken him all around the globe from Australia and New Zealand, through the lower 48 and beyond. His passion for extreme experiences using helicopters, drones, 4K and P.O.V. cameras in his work adds energy to almost any production and draws the viewer into every scene.
Being an in-house member of the CLHBid.com team, Michael adds professionalism in every aspect of the production. From scriptwriting and storyboarding to filming, editing, design and final display of the picture, his skills allow the production of a seamless, professional look the whole way through. By logging hundreds of hours filming aerial landscapes, he creates the most breathtaking motion pictures to show off any property. He is also the team’s liaison with the CLHbid.com IT providers to ensure a reliable, high quality, user friendly website and online auction tool.

Better known as Famous Amos he is self-taught in both still and video photography. His work is enjoyed by followers all over the world on social media, and can be viewed at www.famousamosphotography.com. His Wildlife and Northern Lights work has been recognized globally on a professional level.
Amos Wiebe has always had an affinity for rural life growing up in the country in Northwestern Alberta. Being actively involved on the farm since the age of 13 years, he can operate any piece of equipment with proficiency. Holding a class one license, Amos manages the black CLHbid.com Peterbilts delivering vans to locations as well as overseeing the CLHbid.com picker truck setting up signs.
Spending a great deal of time in the outdoors, Amos is at ease working with owners wanting to showcase their rural land. Whether that means using his wide angle low light expertise inside a ranch home, or using his drone to display lush canola fields, his work is always world class. Owners always enjoy Amos’ positive attitude and ability to showcase what they see as important selling points to focus on, in order to achieve the highest value for their land on auction day.
Corry joined CLHbid.com in the role of Public Relations in 2019. She has her Bachelor of Education Degree from the U of A and has had both teaching and leadership roles with Peace Wapiti School Division for over 20 years.
Corry lives on a farm in the Teepee Creek area but her farming roots go back to being raised on the family farm in Hawk Hills just north of Manning, AB. It was there that she first learned from her family what it meant to be part of the community and to be a volunteer. She was taught the fundamental values of integrity, trust, and compassion that are so common with the philosophy of CLHbid.com. Corry understands firsthand what it was like for her parents to sell the family farm that they worked so hard to build. She appreciates how the farmer is honored in the entire CLHbid.com process.
Working with technology, graphics, and marketing has always been a passion for Corry, and something she pursued while volunteering in various community events and organizations. Her ability to work with people and her organizational skills using technology are areas she is often commended and respected for.
