Parcel 1 consists of 38 acres and includes approximately 750 olive trees spread across 3 acres; as the trees continue to mature, production capacity from each tree continues to increase as well. Mostly in hay, the Parcel also boasts stunning waterfalls in Fulford Creek, which runs through the eastern side of the land.
