parcel Description

Parcel 5 measures 160 acres, consisting of approximately 100 acres of pasture/hay land and 60 acres of bush, of which roughly 130 acres of the pasture/hay/bush land is fenced, cross fenced and has a dugout. Parcel 5 offers 1 ¾ miles of perimeter fencing, with ¾ mile of cross fencing in place, including 11 x 10’, 5-bar gates and 1 x single, 10’ gate. The cross fencing includes a fully fenced in dugout with access from all 3 paddocks. Parcel 5 has the potential for future development of acreage lots measuring 2 acres or more. The RM of Stanley has indicated they would view lot development favorably. There is a municipal water line running along the west side and ¼ mile on the south side of Parcel 5.
