Parcel Description

After conclusion of tendering in the first round, an ‘en bloc’ round of tendering will be available for eligible parties wanting to purchase all three parcels. Bidders in the ‘en bloc’ round will either get all three or none, ensuring they don’t get caught travelling ten miles to farm just a single quarter. This land is priced to sell with a starting bid of 60% of what land recently sold for a mere fifteen miles to the northeast. At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 3 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • have been high bidder on at least 1 Parcel AND • have bid on all Parcels AND • have either been high or second highest bidder on another Parcel. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $100,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-3 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one).
