Parcel 1 is situated on the upper south bank of the South Saskatchewan River, offering much sought-after privacy and serenity. Ideally suited for growing pedigree seed, the Parcel offers up natural isolation from adjoining crops. With a total of 212 acres, there are 130 acres under irrigation supplied via the SMRID underground filtered pressurized pipeline system. The eastern 90 acres of irrigated land are classified as Canada Land Inventory Class 1soil and have potential for a wide array of crops, including potatoes.
