parcel Description

Parcel 2 is a prime candidate to become that showpiece, irrigated quarter in all Western Canada. With a total of 160 acres, 132 acres are under irrigation via the SMRID underground, pressurized pipeline system. The pivot is a Reinke 7 Tower with low pressure drop nozzles, utilising three-phase power. Power is currently sourced from the quarter to the east however the Owner is making arrangements (at the Owner's cost) for the installation of separate EQUS service for Parcel 2, ensuring Parcel 2 will have its own designated service for the 2026 crop year. Surface Lease Revenue is derived from the gas well on the Parcel. Parcel 2 is comprised of corner-to-corner Class 1 CLI soil and was seeded to potatoes in the past. There is a shallow water well in the southwest corner of the Parcel and overall, it checks all the boxes when it comes to a high horsepower quarter.
