If you are looking at travelling several miles to the farm, bid in the en bloc round and you can be assured of obtaining the entire assemblage and never face the risk of ending up with one or two quarters. At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 4 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • bid at least once on all Parcels AND • have been the high bidder on at least 2 Parcels. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $200,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-4 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one).
