Parcels 4 and 5 are both full, half-sections that are located to the north of 220 Road. With mile-long fields, both were planted in wheat in 2025. Parcels 4 and 5 have planned pipeline expansion, and the new owner could stand to see a significant return on their investment right out of the gate. The Oil and Gas sector is extremely active north of Dawson Creek and does not appear to be slowing down. There is a proposed pipeline to cross this Parcel with a signed agreement in place. North River Midstream has advised that payment for same will be made to the new owner. The signed agreement is subject to a confidentiality clause and upon purchasing, the new Owner will be entitled to exact details after agreeing to be bound by terms of the confidentiality.
