parcel Description

Parcel 1 is comprised of 158 acres of a mixture of trees and open farmland. With approximately 130 cultivated acres, there is an opportunity to increase this number by clearing some of the existing bush acres. Hwy 42 forms the northern boundary of this Parcel and is an important provincial highway that connects the towns throughout the southwest region of the province. The Yellowhead Hwy 16 can be found just 1.5 miles to the north of Parcel 1 and is a major interprovincial highway that not only connects the four western provinces but also acts as a key trade route.
