At the conclusion of the first round of bidding, Parcels 1 – 6 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • bid at least once on all Parcels AND • have been high bidder on at least 3 Parcels. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $160,000, in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-6. To be eligible for the ‘en bloc’ round of bidding, only those registered bidders who personally meet all the requirements in ROUND 1 (which includes placing all bids in their own registered bidder name) are eligible. At the end of the first round of bidding, all eligible bidders will have an opportunity to purchase all six Parcels en bloc. By utilizing CLHbid.com’s unique second round, en bloc bidding, bidders can rest assured that they will have the opportunity to purchase all six Parcels or none. There is no need to worry about travelling for one Parcel or only owning a portion of the land you were after.
