At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 5 will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • bid at least once on all Parcels AND • have been high bidder on at least two Parcels AND • have been the high bidder or second highest bidder on a third Parcel. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $270,000, in addition to the total of all high bids for Parcels 1-5 (including Starting Bids on parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one). Buyers may buy any combination of the 5 Parcels that make up ‘Camrose Class’. Buy one or buy all five; by utilizing CLHbid.com’s unique 'en bloc’ second round of bidding, qualified bidders are assured the opportunity to obtain the entire assemblage, or none at all if they are outbid.
