The home quarter has gas, power and an excellent water well. The handling system is older but in good shape. Parcel 1 is made up of 80 cultivated acres along with 80 acres of pasture and yard. Additional acres could be brought under cultivation on the home quarter. In total 6 quarter sections in one block make up the home base of the farm. Whether producing grain or bulk silage, Parcel 2 west of the home quarter is a power house. In total 146 acres under cultivation. A water well located high on LSD 9, has the ability to produce in excess of 30 gallons a minute and gravity feed the lower land to the east. Parcel 3, laying east of the home quarter, is one of the true gems of the farm itself. This quarter has significant surface lease revenue. In total 155 cultivated acres without sloughs or waste land. To the north of Parcel 1 & 3 is Parcel 9 which is a half section Grazing Lease. Parcel 9a on the west has a dugout for watering, while Parcel 9b to the east offers Surface Lease Revenue. Taking a short trip down Secondary Highway 500 west of the home base and you come to Parcel 5 and 6. Parcel 5 has a reservoir in the creek offering opportunities for winter grazing. The reservoir also provides the crossing to the east side of Parcel 5. Parcel 6 has springs at the base of the coulee, offering watering for livestock. In total Parcel 5 & 6 have 228 cultivated acres. Only one half mile west of Parcel 6, you find the westerly 4 quarters making up the balance of the farm. Parcel 7a and 7b will be sold as one parcel. In total Parcel 7 is 208 cultivated acres. Parcel 7b has a water well on the floor of the coulee which, until recently, was powered by windmill. All parcels will be offered for sale by CLHbid.com on September 24th, 2019. A deposit of 20% is due on or before September 26, 2019 4:30pm. Closing will be October 30, 2019.
